How To Verify Neteller Account ?
How To Get Neteller Master Card ?



To take full advantage of Neteller services, like increased limits, the Net+ Prepaid MasterCard®
and much more, verify your NETELLER Account.




1. To begin account verification, go to the “Account summary” page.
2. Select “Unverified” to be presented with the requirements for account verification.
3. Money in: In order to transfer funds to merchants or send money to other members,
you will first need to put money in your account.
4. Identity: Verify your identity to gain access to full wallet functionality, like increasing
your deposit limits, withdrawing funds from your eWallet, applying for a Net+ card.
5. Virtual card: Use a virtual card number online anywhere MasterCard is accepted.
6. Get rewards: Refer your friends to NETELLER and earn cash.




There may be more than one way to verify your account. The verification process varies by
country and your specific upgrade requirements may slightly differ. You will only be presented
with the verification options specific to your account.
1. Option 1: Add a Net+ prepaid card. Enter the card number and CVC code from the Net+
card we sent you to activate it; this allows you to start using it immediately and
automatically verifies your identity.
2. Option 2: Add a bank account. Registering a bank account allows us to verify your
identity and you to deposit from your bank to your NETELLER Account.
3. Option 3: Provide identity documents. Submit documents to be reviewed and approved
by our identity team. You will need to send proof of identity to identity@neteller.com
from the email address registered on your eWallet.

Option 1




In order to verify your account, you may have the option to do so by activating your Net+ card. To begin your Net+ activation, select “Activate my Net+ card.”




You will then be prompted to:
1. Enter your 16-digit Net+ Prepaid MasterCard® number
2. Enter the CVC number, the last 3 digits on the back of your Net+ card by the signature
3. Make sure the numbers are correct and click on “Activate my card”
Your card is now active and your account has been verified.

Option 2




In order to verify your account, you may have the option to do so by registering a bank account with NETELLER. To start your bank account registration, select “Add a bank account.”

Step 1




To complete the bank account registration, provide the following information:
1. The IBAN number (international bank account number)
2. The SWIFT (or BIC) code
3. Your bank name
4. The city where your bank is located
5. The country where your bank is located
6. The currency of your bank account
7. The bank’s phone number (optional)
8. Click on “Continue” to proceed with the bank account registration

Step 2




Review your bank account information and hit the “Confirm” button to proceed to the next step.

Step 3




The message displayed above confirms that NETELLER has sent a small deposit, less than one dollar (1 USD), to your bank account in order to verify your bank details. It takes up to five business days to receive it. Contact your bank or check your online account to confirm this deposit amount. Once you have confirmed it, complete the process by selecting “Verify your bank account” link.

Step 4




1. Enter the deposit amount NETELLER sent to your bank to complete the verification process. Make sure to submit only two digits, with no decimal or comma sign.

Step 5




This message confirms you have successfully verified your bank account.

Option 3




In order to verify your account, you may have the option to do so by verifying your identity to NETELLER. To begin, select “Provide identity documents.”




1. Select the type of document from the drop down menu. You will need to send a copy of a government-issued identification document, such as your passport, government ID card, driver license or permanent resident card. Before you upload the document, make sure you use one of the following formats: *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.bmp, *.gif, *.png, or *.pdf. Ensure that all four edges are clearly visible and that the address on it matches the address registered to your NETELLER Acount. Please be advised that we do not accept expired documents and the size of the file should not exceed 5 MB. You may be asked to send a copy of an address verification document, which can be a bank statement, utility bill or a piece of government correspondence
2. Select the file you intend to send for verification
3. Click on “Upload files” to upload your document
4. Click on “Submit uploaded documents” to send your document for verification




1. This is the confirmation that your document was successfully uploaded
2. Select “Upload another document” to provide another document
3. Select “Submit uploaded documents” to submit the document for verification




This screen confirms that your documents have been uploaded and they are ready to be
submitted.
1. Enter any additional information that might help for the process of your account
verification, such as comments and discriptions of your documents
2. Click on “Submit” when you are ready to send your message and your documents




This message will appear when there was an error in submitting your documents. You have the
option to:
1. Click on “Try again” to resend your documents
2. Click on “NETELLER customer support” to contact us for assistance




This message will appear when documents have been successfully submitted. It will mention that your documents will be processed by the next available agent. You can view the type of documents you submitted.
Please note, that you are going to receive an email confirming that your documents have been received by NETELLER.

  2. Please note that we no longer accept verification documents by email.

    Any documents contained in emails will be deleted.

    In order to verify your identity or raise your limits you will need to sign in to your NETELLER account (https://member.neteller.com/session/index). Once you have logged in, on the “Account” tab you will be presented with the option to verify your identity and raise your limits by clicking on “Verify your identity”.
